The E-S4200 combines video encoding and wireless transmission in a single, compact device. It enables users to reliably transmit digital video, audio and data over long distances.

VIDEO & DATA

The E-S4200 digitises/encodes video from analog video cameras and transmits it over license-free 2.4GHz or 5 GHz wireless bands. Dual-stream encoding allows the video to be viewed at a hi-res & hi-frame rate, whilst recording at a lower frame rate.

An integrated auto-sensing serial port allows the user to connect a variety of supported PTZ or speed dome cameras to the E-S4200. Users are then able to remotely control these cameras by transmitting data from the IP software. The transmitted video/audio/data is connected to the IP network via a compatible E-S4300 wireless bridge. From here the video is decoded by the Omnicast IP software and recorded or viewed accordingly.

MULTI-BAND ANTENNA

Each E-S4200 wireless encoder features an integrated tri-band antenna. This allows the integrator to select the required frequnecy during installlation. For longer range applications, the unit features an external antenna connection.

AUDIO

Bi-Directional audio is integrated into the E-S4200. This is an extremely useful function which allows the user to listen to what's happening at the camera point, as well as talking to the point. Typical applications include remote gate surveillance and intercom communication and city-centre video surveillance.

SECURITY

SSL-based authentication helps secure configuration access, and AES encryption with rotating 128-bit key enables a high level of security during wireless video transmission.
