The E-VTM video timing meter is used to bring CCTV cameras into synchronization so that monitors and/or recorders can be switched among cameras without causing “rolling” of the pictures. A reference camera and the cameras to be synchronized are connected to the adaptor module. The meter is then used to adjust the line-lock or phase control until all cameras are in sync.
