The E-GNOME-P is a stereo voice/audio recorder designed for high quality audio recording in noisy environments. Due to its miniature size and rugged design it is ideal for law enforcement or private investigator use.
Featuring 1 GB of internal flash memory, the E-GNOME-P can record for up to 37 hours. Recording is activated manually by the included remote, via voice activation or from a pre-setup schedule. What sets this recorder apart from other’s is it’s amazing dynamic range and superb S/N ratio. This allows one to acquire audio effectively even under clothes or in a noisy environment such as a bar or club. A hi-sensitive audio microphone is integrated into the recorder. Also included with the E-GNOME-P is a set of hi-sensitive external input microphones with button-loops. Other audio sources from amplifiers, players, radios etc. can be connected to the external line-in.
The internal battery can last continuously for up to 24 hours in total record mode, 250 hours in voice-activation-mode and up to 1500 hours if configured in schedule mode. External operation and battery charging is via a 5 VDC socket input. For audio playback and configuration the E-GNOME-P includes a software application called Sound Manager. Sound Manager interfaces to the recorder via the USB port. Memory space available can be analysed, as well as audio backed up and a schedule configured.
